Packaging material optimization project involving of optimization in packaging material planning avenues such as P&G Supplier portal migration (migrated 26 suppliers to the supplier portal), DDSi automation, Master Data maintenance strategy and audit, Phase-in Phase-out material strategy and IP strategy.
Material Planning including demand planning and inventory management delivering green CFR in OND.
Created a Body planning dashboard created to ensure all information regarding Silk-Epilator bodies are available in one single point of information.

Management Intern – Collaborations (Italy)

Responsible for day-to-day operations in the Milan office involving coordination between headquarters, clients, logistic teams and agents and strategizing for future prospects.
Planning of deliveries of company marketing material directly to top management, product developers, buyers and agents of luxury companies such as Armani, Jimmy Choo, Salvatore Ferragamo, etc.
Coordinating and planning with logistics team regarding transport of overseas shipments to Milan.

Analyzed drawings and specifications and coordinated with suppliers to draft technical & commercial tender bids as per requirements for the QR 1.13Billion tender submitted by Prominent Qatar – COPASA, S.A. de Obras y Servicios, Spain Joint Venture for QEZ 3 Um Al Houl Economic Zone – Roads and Infrastructure (Package 3.1.A and 3.1.B).
Negotiated with government authorities, main contractors, subcontractors and consultants signing contracts worth QAR 2.3 Million for the company within a period of one year.
Tendering of Governmental Civil and Infrastructure projects from organizations like Ashghal, Kahramaa, Manateq, QAFCO, etc.
Tendering of Private contracts from corporations such as RasGas, Shell Qatar, L&T, Collossa, LS Cables, Barwa, etc.
